Recommended Use:
For regular people: 1 serving (1 scoop) mixed with 4 to 6 oz. of cold water or skim milk.
For bodybuilders & athletes: 2 servings (2 scoops) mixed with 8 to 12 oz. of cold water or skim milk. For maximum results, take 2-4 scoops of Whey Protein Supplement daily for a minimum of six weeks.
